On the Path to the Future 2022: Building a Resilient Community is a special section to be published in Enid News & Eagle for eight Sundays in January, February, March and April 2022. The sections are designed to feature individuals, businesses and organizations in Enid and Northwestern Oklahoma that work every day for the good of the region and its people. This section, published on April 24, 2022, focuses on community service.

The report, compiled from 30 recommendations from several town halls held last fall, found that negative childhood experiences (ACEs) are linked to chronic health conditions, mental illnesses and addiction in adulthood.
