Roast beef and halupki dinner

Christ Our Savior Orthodox Church, 6768 Tanoma Road and Route 286, will host a Father’s Day roast beef and halupki dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until sold out Sunday.

Dinner is take-out and drive-thru only. The cost is $12 and the menu includes mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, salad, a roll, and dessert.

The next dinner is scheduled for July 17.

BLAIRSVILLE — The Reverend John Smaligo’s Brown Bag Lunch Bible study at the Hebron Lutheran Church will not meet during the summer months. Bible study will resume after Labor Day. Details will be available in September.

Additionally, the Adult Sunday School class, which meets every Sunday at 9:30 a.m., will be discontinued in June, July and August. The course will resume after Labor Day.
