PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2022 CITY OF ARLINGTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT These funds are to be used for the priority benefit of low- and middle-income people. The city is particularly interested in applying for CDBG funds to make water system improvements in a targeted area of the city. The Southwest Georgia Regional Commission is the grant writer and administrator. The activities for which these funds can be used are in the areas of housing, public amenities and economic development.
