Bella Vista Community Church, 75 E. Lancashire Blvd., will host Sunday worship at a new time at 10 a.m. starting this Sunday. We follow social distancing guidelines for a safe and healthy worship experience.

Bella Vista Lutheran Church, 1990 Forest Hills Blvd., hosts Sunday morning services at 8:30 a.m. (traditional) and 10:45 a.m. (mixed). Sunday school and Bible lessons for adults take place at 9.45 a.m. Social distancing is practiced.

Lutheran Hour is broadcast every Sunday at 12:30 p.m. on KURM-FM (100.3) and KURM-AM (790) radios

The GriefShare class takes place on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the church library. GriefShare is a support group to provide help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend.

On April 18th, the “Sonday Riders” will meet at 2pm at the church.

The Men’s Bible Class meets on April 19 at 7 p.m. Prayer shawl makers meet at 12:30 p.m. on April 21 and quilters will meet at 8:30 a.m. on April 28.

On May 22, there will be a Rod and Custom Car Show at the church. This will be the sixth annual car show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Quilters will meet again on April 28 at 8:30 a.m.

The Shepherd’s Food Pantry is open every Friday from 10 a.m. to noon.

First Presbyterian Church in Bentonville, 901 NE J St., operates the FPC Food Pantry as a drive-thru Saturday 9-11 a.m. Please bring something (utility bill, etc.) that shows you are a resident of Benton County, and the church is happy to serve you.

The Evangelical Lutheran Good Shepherd Church in Rogers, 2305 S. Dixieland Road, holds worship every Sunday at 10 am. 8:30 a.m. Bible study precedes church and online service on Google Meet. The church follows City of Rogers covid-19 protocols.

Bella Vista Presbyterian Church, 1880 Forest Hills Blvd., resumed in-person Sunday worship at 10 a.m. Masks are mandatory and seating is limited to maintain a safe physical distance. Please let us know when you are coming by calling the church office. A daycare is available.

Benton County Unitarian Universalists, 1400 W. Walnut, # 113, Rogers invite you to zoom in on the 11 a.m. service this Sunday to commemorate Earth Day on April 22. Guest speaker Angela Danovi, an environmental professional focused on protecting water quality, will talk about “Connecting with our Ozarks Waters” – watersheds, aquatic life and what you can do to protect water quality.

Unity Church of the Ozarks, 2200 SE J St., Bentonville, offers a free small pantry near the front door of the church at 2200 SE J St. in Bentonville. Please help yourself when needed and help others by donating.

Village Bible Church in Bella Vista, 1591 Forest Hills Blvd., offers live worship at 10:15 a.m. on Sundays. The seating arrangement has been readjusted to take into account social distancing. There are areas with optional and compulsory mask for those present.

The Oasis Food Pantry is open Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon for drive-through pickup.

Washington County

Springdale’s First Presbyterian Church, 100 S. Gutensohn Road, offers Sunday worship services, in person and live, starting at 10:30 am. hide and respect social distancing. Online worship services are available on YouTube and on the church’s website at www.fpcspringdale.org. Our guest pastor for Sunday will be the Reverend Dr. Ronnie Prevost of Bella Vista.

The church has started the process of finding an installed pastor. The pastors nominating committee has been selected and is meeting with the liaison officers of the presbytery committee on ministry. Liaison Officers will guide the Nominating Committee through the process of this research.

The FPC choir rehearsals take place every Wednesday. To help maintain distance, the ladies will meet from 6.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and the men from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sunday adult discipleship classes include “Present Word” and “A Study of John” study, via Zoom at 9 am each week. An open discussion on “Theology for Today” is at 9:30 am, both in person and via Zoom. Women of Faith study the book “Messy People” in person at 9:30 am. Lectionary Monday classes, where the readings for the following Sunday are discussed, take place at 10 a.m. via Zoom. Ladies Small Group Zoom Fellowship takes place every Wednesday.

The FPC Kids BLAST Sunday School classes are in person on Sundays at 9:30 am. The BLAST program and resources are also available on the church website.

Young people are invited to the student chapel for a discussion on religious topics on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m.
